Step by Step Electrical Meter Usage

Ensure electrical safety precautions are being taken to avoid electrical shock. If there is any doubt, call in your electrician to resolve the issue
Connect leads into the meter, and set it to measure the desired voltage type and range
Touch or insert leads to the inflow and outflow points of your electrical circuit to verify power and/or connectivity.
