The Cleereman Controls Optimized system tracks and stores production data on a local SQL database that can be used to generate production reports. These reports can be automatically generated at the end of each shift, and sent to the desired recipients in several formats.

Navigate from the Operator Display to Report Setup
Review, and change all report settings to fit the specific parameters you would like to see reported
For more details on each parameter setting, see the Optimizer User Manual on the Carriage Optimizer HMI page
Make sure to set the Shift period and days, as well as the Auto reports if automatic reports are desired. Monthly summary reports are also an option
Return to the operator display and continue production
