Dispatch Console

The Dispatch Console is part of the optional Cleereman Dispatch Controls. This console handles control power, and the start stop functions for all equipment starters in the dispatch control system. This includes roll-cases, waste belts, HPU's, Saws, and other system unique start/stop setups.

Dispatch Console Controls

E-Stop, Control power, This powers the controls and allows for user inputs to activate equipment outputs
Dispatch Console PLC, Inside the Dispatch Console, this communicates all operator inputs from the console to the Dispatch PLC inside the Dispatch Cabinet
Start/Stop Switches, these will start or stop the labeled equipment. A white light should indicate when a piece of equipment is "on". If this light is flashing on an hpu, it indicates an oil temp or oil level issue has been detected
Saw Controls, Controls for secondary saw features, saw tilt/strain/lube etc
