Manual Report Procedure

The Manual Report Procedure is useful when your automatic reports fail to send. This could be a result of the system being shut off during the normal sending time, internet connectivity issues, or other possible email errors. If manually sending a report fails check your internet connectivity and try restarting your Optimizer PC. If the issue persists please reach out to us for assistance.
