Scanhead Calibration Procedure

Step by step Scanhead Calibration Procedure

• Cut down to a square cant, with a clean corner toward the scan frame.

• From the operator display, open the extended console and scanner calibration. Set cant at the sawline.

• Ensure the cant dimensions at the knees as measured by the system are correct, if not check knee calibration.

• Calibrate the head until the blue dot, and cant data lines up with the expected dimensions of the cant for each laser in the head.

• Repeat for each head in the system.
