Downtime Tracking

The Cleereman Controls Optimized system tracks and stores production data on a local SQL database that can be used to generate production reports. These reports can be configured to report data from the PLC to tracking machine uptime and downtime. Downtime alert emails can also be enabled, so that when a shifts downtime period exceeds a set downtime limit an email alert is set out to the desired contacts.

Changing Board and Cant Sizes

Navigate on the Optimizer HMI Operator Display to Report Setup
- Setup Downtime emails, for those you wanted alerted when the downtime limit is exceeded
Navigate on the Setworks HMI Operator Display to System Setup, Downtime Setup
- Enable "downtime tracking" and set the inactivity downtime timer
- Feel free to rename any of the downtime reasons listed, all 20 options are customizable values
- Optionally, set the Downtime Alert Timer to receive emails if the Downtime Limit is exceeded, set to zero to disable this feature
