Carriage Setworks Console

The Carriage Setworks Console handles most of the operator inputs for the Carriage System. All console buttons, joystick inputs, footpedal inputs etc route through the Setworks Console PLC.

Carriage Setworks Console Controls

E-Stop, Control power. This powers the controls and allows for user inputs to activate equipment outputs
"HPU" blocking valve in the top left, allows oil to flow through the carriage to move knees and any other hydraulic powered options.
Knee Tapers, manual individual knee movement
Axis Indicator and control, communicates the current selected face, and allows changing face selection
Board, Cant, and Shim entries. Allows manual sets, or manually built computed stacks given manually entered piece thicknesses
